“Changing the construction industry with powerful training techniques & technology.”

Orange_line Who are we?

We are a leading, nationwide training and testing provider for tradespeople and jobseekers to gain access in the construction workplace with health and safety courses and card acquisition. The demand for construction workers is rapidly growing. The construction industry hosts a variety of different trades and offers countless projects across the country. It is becoming increasingly important to support the demand of construction workers and our aim is simple — to provide a clear pathway for tradespeople using innovation and digitalisation.

So far, we’ve helped over 150,000 people over the last five years.

Orange_line Diversity

The lack of diversity in construction is a huge problem that needs tackling. We believe by evoking the construction industry with different approaches in training and embracing technology, we can promote diversity in new ways and create a diverse workforce. Under-represented groups — BAME and women — still make up only a small percentage of workers in the construction industry. Our mission is to identify the lack of diversity (currently women measure approximately 13 percent of the construction and building sectors) and enable real change for inclusiveness.

Vocal leadership across the sector is essential to raising awareness of this issue.
